Customer Service Professional

We are looking for service champions to express interest in our Customer Engagement Centre roles, where they will provide phone-based support to customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

These opportunities are part-time (8 hours, 3 or 4 days a week) and full-time with hours spanning across 7 days a week, on rotation from Monday - Sunday 24 hours.

On a daily basis you will provide quick, accurate and up-to-date answers to customer inquiries, ensuring that you resolve all calls you are skilled to take. Our Customer Engagement Centre is a customer-centric environment, always there for customers when they need us most.

Responsibilities:

- Be the warm and engaging voice of the business that customers hear when they call in
- Contribute to the team's vision and values while adding value to every customer inquiry and interaction
- Receive inbound calls from customers, offering resolution of the query at first point
- Provide customers with information relating to their products, services and transactional information

Benefits:
- Training is a compulsory component and you will need to attend all training dates to be successful in the position. This will begin on your start date and run for 3 weeks full time in office located at Brisbane office.
- We offer 3 weeks of training during main business hours
- Hybrid working arrangements can begin after a minimum of 6 months

Requirements:

- Customer service skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment and revel in change and feedback to improve performance
- Risk mindset: All employees are expected to proactively identify, understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks
