Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all inbound calls, ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Learn and understand our product range, confidently explaining basic concepts to customers.
  • Assist with customer service and fault finding, working closely with other team members to resolve issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong communication skillset (verbal and written).
  • A minimum 2-3 years' experience in a customer service-focused role.
  • The ability to think quickly, stay composed, and adapt effectively in a fast-paced industry.
  • Outstanding customer service and phone manner.
  • A proactive nature, taking initiative to support the team where possible.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and job data.
  • A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
