Mobile Phone Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Phone Repair Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with mobile devices and providing excellent customer service.

  1. Repair and diagnose issues with iPhones, iPads, and Samsung phones.
  2. Upsell stock and meet sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  3. Manage the day-to-day operations of the kiosk/store, ensuring it remains organized and presentable.
  4. Train junior technicians and sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
