Job Description

The Team Leader Passenger Services role is responsible for the management of passenger services during operational shifts, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery meeting company expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise and coordinate passenger services across all work areas to deliver customer-centric results.
  • Manage team performance by providing coaching/training and feedback to achieve high levels of performance and service excellence.
  • Ensure resource allocation is efficient and effective in meeting operational requirements and Service Level Agreements.
  • Complete necessary paperwork on time and report as per service delivery agreements, industry standards, legislation, and policy.
  • Coordinate service delivery agents and passengers effectively.
  • Provide special assistance during disrupted or delayed services requiring wheelchair access.
  • Maintain a safe working environment complying with OH & S regulations and company policies.
  • Report incidents immediately and maintain awareness of reporting obligations.
  • Implement procedures within regulatory guidelines, adhering to individual client airline requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with airport staff and client airline employees.
  • Represent the company professionally, maintaining customer contracts and delivering exceptional support and satisfaction.
  • Promote a positive company image through grooming, behaviour, and service.
  • Comply with standard operating procedures and policies.
  • Liaise professionally with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
  • Follow direction to achieve timely aircraft departure, ensuring 100% Safe On Time Performance.
