Passenger Experience Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will be a passionate and dedicated individual with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. We are seeking a seasoned professional who can lead a team of Service Delivery Agents and ensure seamless delivery of passenger services during operational shifts.
- Co-ordinate the activities of the service delivery agents to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to the team members to enhance their skills and abilities.
- Ensure effective allocation of resources to achieve high levels of performance and service excellence.
- Manage on-time completion of necessary paperwork and reporting in line with service delivery agreements.
- Coordinate communication between Service Delivery Agents and passengers during disrupted or delayed services.
- Enforce compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Regulations and company policies to guarantee the safety of passengers and employees.
- Maintain awareness and obligations regarding incident reporting.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.
- Build relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders through effective communication.
