Aviation Services Manager

The Passenger Services Team Leader plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless passenger service delivery at airport operations. This includes overseeing day-to-day activities, business issues, and all duties associated with controlling flights.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage teams to deliver exceptional passenger experiences
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of service excellence
- Ensure efficient resource allocation to meet operational requirements and Service Level Agreements
- Complete necessary paperwork and reporting in a timely manner
- Cooperate with airline representatives and passengers during disruptions or special assistance requirements
Requirements:
- Commitment to operating values and procedures
- Proven leadership experience and customer-centric approach
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- High-level computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Capacity to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and 24-hour periods
- Previous leadership experience and strong communication skills
Strong secondary language skills are desirable, as is previous experience in an operational environment with established Standard Operating Procedures.
