Role Summary

A dynamic and customer-focused individual is required to deliver exceptional passenger service functions, ensuring timely and efficient handling of passenger check-ins and gate duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service, meeting client requirements, and adhering to regulatory standards.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide a high level of service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Patient Handling: Assist passengers with special needs, including pushing wheelchairs, and handle baggage up to 32kg.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work effectively within a team environment, communicating clearly with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure coordinated passenger handling.
  • OHS Compliance: Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and Company Policies, taking corrective action where necessary.

 

Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as required.
