Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service for all client airlines, ensuring that all customer service requirements are met in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Perform passenger check-in duties and other responsibilities as required by the passenger service.
  • E nsure necessary paperwork is completed on time and that all reporting is completed as per service delivery agreements and company requirements.

In this role, you will work closely with the airport services team to ensure seamless operations, while also providing excellent communication skills to deal with passengers and colleagues alike.

  • Ability to handle pressured and stressful situations successfully.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Physical ability to handle baggage up to 32kg and assist special needs passengers.
