Job Summary

A fleet manager is required to oversee the day-to-day operation of a heavy vehicle fleet. This will involve leading and managing a team of tanker drivers and coordinators, ensuring compliance requirements are met while operating profitably and efficiently.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced fleet manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in heavy vehicle fleet management and be able to balance operational and commercial outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the scheduling of bulk tanker operations to meet customer expectations.
  • Lead, coach and develop a large team of tanker drivers and coordinators.
  • Responsible for the financial performance of the Fleet.

About You

You are a natural leader with a proven capability to balance operational and commercial outcomes. You have a versatile approach with diverse communications skills combined with your understanding of complex operational environments.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in heavy vehicle fleet management is essential.
  • People leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
