Overview

Seasonal Retail Team Member - Parramatta at City Beach. Join City Beach during the seasonal Christmas period to deliver an exceptional and memorable customer experience through product knowledge, service, and store presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Providing a superior customer experience for each person who walks through our store.
  • Ensuring our stores are open and ready to be shopped by our customers.
  • Managing the movement of stock, optimising sales, filing and tidying the shopfloor and getting the store set up for promotions and sales.
  • Working with the store team to maintain high standards of store presentation.
  • Demonstrating strong product knowledge and researching and describing product features and benefits.
  • Recommending, selecting, and helping locate products based on customer needs or desires.
  • Supporting the store leadership team with assigned tasks in line with departmental expectations.
  • Reporting safety hazards or concerns to management to ensure a safe place to work and shop.
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience in a customer-service role is desirable.
  • Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task to provide service for multiple customers.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic approach to store operations with a personable approach to customers.
