Infrastructure Leadership Opportunity

A highly skilled Rail Infrastructure Project Leader is sought to oversee the execution of rail infrastructure projects, encompassing track construction, maintenance, and upgrades. The successful candidate will collaborate with a motivated team that prioritizes quality output and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the timely and successful completion of assigned tasks within rail infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and guidelines prescribed by the Rail Safety National Law and other relevant rail authorities.
  • Coordinate resources to optimize project productivity and efficiency.
  • Verify the quality of work performed by the project team and subcontractors.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading rail infrastructure projects within the Australian Rail industry.
  • Familiarity with relevant rail standards, guidelines, and regulations applicable to track work and infrastructure projects.
  • Leadership abilities to effectively manage diverse project teams and subcontractors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
