We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead our Rail Infrastructure team in developing and delivering end-to-end rail solutions across Australia and New Zealand.
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, customer relationship management, and tendering strategies to win profitable projects. You will also oversee the Pre-Contracts team in executing these strategies and protecting revenue by actively managing relationships with key clients.
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of construction or project management experience, with a strong track record of leading complex, multidisciplinary tenders and managing multiple teams. They will also possess excellent commercial and financial management skills, including contract, risk assessment, and proposal writing expertise.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business development strategies to convert prospects into projects.
- Lead the Pre-Contracts team in executing tender strategies and protecting revenue.
- Manage relationships with key clients and industry partners.
- Oversee the delivery of complex, end-to-end rail solutions.
- 15+ years of construction or project management experience.
