The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of sports and sports betting, along with a strong understanding of SEO best practices.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-performing environment, overseeing and managing SEO strategy across B2C brands and B2B partnerships in both Australia and the United States.

The successful applicant will have advanced analytical skills, experience in optimising large sites, and a proven track record of creating and implementing effective SEO strategies.

About the Role:

- Be the key point of contact for SEO internally and help shape best practice across the business.
- Set clear SEO goals, KPIs, and requirements to define and measure success.
- Conduct regular SEO audits, keyword research, and competition analysis.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO performance.
- Work with the editorial team to ensure written content is optimised for SEO and drives key objectives.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure new content or code adheres to SEO best practices.
- Lead link-building efforts and work with outreach specialists to ensure a successful off-page link-building strategy.
- Educate and inform the business on changes in the SEO landscape.
