This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the quality of our care services by driving clinical excellence and quality assurance. The successful candidate will lead quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and accreditation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Assurance Initiatives
    • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to drive continuous improvement
    • Conduct regular audits and data analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Clinical Guidance and Support
    • Provide expert clinical guidance to staff, utilizing evidence-based practice
    • Deliver training on clinical competencies, quality systems, and regulatory requirements
  • Accreditation Preparation
    • Support the preparation for accreditation, ensuring best-practice service delivery
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Allied Health, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Certification in Quality Assurance/Improvement highly desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of aged care legislation, standards, and accreditation processes
  • Proficient in electronic health record systems and quality management tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
  • Valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or ability to apply
