About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications Manager to join our Sydney-based Stakeholder Engagement team within Commodities and Global Markets. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in promoting a shared understanding of the business, its value proposition, and initiatives to a range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage internal stakeholders across Commodities and Global Markets, Finance, Risk Management, Human Resources, and Strategy teams globally.
  • Convey communication initiatives, such as announcements, newsletters, and presentations, to primary stakeholders.
  • Support the delivery of Commodities and Global Markets' result documentation, including analyst presentations, ASX releases, annual and interim reporting documents.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years' experience in a dynamic Internal Communications position.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships and work with a variety of internal stakeholders.
  • Positive attitude and experience working in a bank/financial institution is beneficial.
