With a strong focus on strategic communications, you'll work alongside other communications leads and senior leaders to create and share timely, meaningful, and purposeful communications and content to support our Group eComX team in delivering increasing growth and convenience for our customers.
You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a large team of internal communicators across Woolworths Group, growing your skills and aligning on strategic communications plans to support the eComX team.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Consulting on change or business-critical initiatives to ensure a communications plan is designed and deployed.
- Acting as a partner and advisor to the Group eComX team in engagement and connection communications activities.
- Developing and executing overarching senior leader narrative and quarterly messaging plans to engage the team and connect with partners across the Group.
- Leading and facilitating the strategy for events inside the Group eComX space.
- Managing the allocation of work to ensure the continued growth of team members.
We're looking for someone with:
- 5+ years of experience in a communications manager role.
- Experience in designing and developing communication strategies for multiple teams and implementing new communications techniques.
- Experience in partnering with senior leaders and frontline team members, positively influencing and showing agility and adaptability.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with an ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Experience leading a high-performing team.
