Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement health and safety management plans to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and codes of practice.
- Provide guidance and support to project health and safety teams to enable them to manage health and safety risks effectively.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate health and safety risks.
- Investigate and report on health and safety incidents to ensure learning and improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration on health and safety matters.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in health and safety management in the construction industry.
- A Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate health and safety risks.
- Experience in investigating and reporting health and safety incidents.
