Transformative Digital Marketing Role at King Kong

We are a high-growth digital marketing agency based in South Yarra, Melbourne, with an esteemed reputation for delivering exceptional results for our clients. As a result-driven Digital Growth Marketing Expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our clients' online presence.

The estimated salary for this position is AU$85,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to enhance their online presence. You will work closely with our team of specialists to build and manage campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of online marketing clients, fostering positive relationships and representing the company with professionalism and expertise.
  • Strategy Development: Conduct thorough audits to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted strategies to enhance client growth.
  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with our team to build and execute campaigns, leveraging expertise in SEO, PPC, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on best practices in digital marketing, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed to achieve success.
  • Exceptional Customer Experience: Deliver outstanding service to clients, addressing concerns and exceeding expectations.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum 1-2 years of agency experience in a similar capacity, although this is not a strict requirement.
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, conversion rate optimisation, and growth hacking.
  • A hunger for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Confidence in up-selling and retaining clients, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and process-driven abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
  • Google Analytics and Google AdWords certification is highly desirable but not essential.
