About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Brook Recruitment. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives results and supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to engage with our audience
  • Create and execute a digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Manage and optimize all relevant marketing platforms, including subscription and advertising tools
  • Produce high-quality content, including copywriting and graphic design
  • Work closely with third-party creative and marketing consultants to deliver exceptional results
  • Assist in planning and managing events to showcase our brand and services
  • Oversee digital marketing budgets and ensure effective ROI measurement
  • Set up and manage Google Adwords and analytics, as well as SEO initiatives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in property marketing
  • Excellent skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and graphic design
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • A friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to think critically and apply innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Demonstrated experience in executing strategic plans and brand initiatives
