We are seeking an accomplished Relationship Philanthropy Manager to join our fundraising team. Your primary objective will be to secure significant financial contributions from potential supporters, managing a portfolio of major donors and fostering deep connections that lead to long-term commitment.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the supporter base and optimize philanthropic revenue.
  • Proactively identify and research new major donor prospects through individual giving programs, events, and community networks.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with philanthropists, trusts, and individual stakeholders.
About You
  • You must have proven experience in relationship management and donor stewardship, including direct gift solicitation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing and confidently making asks.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage donor data and engagement.
