Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Clinical Nurse to join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) Eating Disorders Service in North Adelaide. As a senior member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality mental health care to children, adolescents, and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day coordination of the multidisciplinary Eating Disorders Team to ensure continuity, efficiency, and high-quality mental health care.
  • Deliver advanced clinical expertise to individuals or groups while offering clinical leadership and guidance to multidisciplinary staff.
  • Apply contemporary mental health research, evidence, and lived clinical experience to support decision-making, foster innovation, and promote objective analysis.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration as a nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a current practicing certificate.
  • Enrollment in an approved mental health course or a qualification in mental health practice.
  • Effective leadership skills, including highly developed communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
