Crown Housekeeping Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Crown Housekeeping team. This role involves providing elevated experiences for our guests through genuine care and attention to detail. Key responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring seamless guest experiences.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a 4- or 5-star environment. You must also be able to work part-time across a 7-day rotating roster and possess excellent communication skills.

About the Role

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department, including cleaning, changing linen, vacuuming, and restocking amenities
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and present Crown's polished 5-star image
  • Provide joyful customer service experiences and respect guest privacy
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced multicultural environment

About You

  • Previous housekeeping experience (4- or 5-star highly advantageous)
  • Ability to work part-time across a 7-day rotating roster
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Keen eye for detail and open attitude to feedback
