We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Crown Towers Villas in the role of Housekeeping Supervisor. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to join the well-established team and to assist in ensuring the smooth operations and standards of the Housekeeping Department. As the Housekeeping Supervisor your role will include leading and guiding our Room Attendants in day to day operations, inspection of rooms, running to schedule, adherence to Health and Safety protocols and ensuring the 5 star room standard is met across all areas.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Previous Housekeeping Supervisory experience in a premium, luxury Hotel
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to personalise a service
- Confidence in leading and motivating a team and working to constrictive time frames
- Previous experience in conducting performance discussions and productivity reviews
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of the MS Office Suite of products is essential
- Ability to work a 7 day rotational roster including weekends and public holidays
