**The role**

Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury, with our three established brands Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade offering unique experiences for all guests.

We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Housekeeping teams on a Full-Time basis.

In this role, you'll provide elevated experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Assist with the smooth and effective day to day operations of the Housekeeping Department, including cleaning the bathroom, changing linen, vacuuming and restocking of amenities.
- Ensure that Crown's polished 5-star standards are on full display and promptly report any maintenance issues during your shift.
- Respect guest privacy and provide joyful customer service experiences.

**About you**

You'll bring the following:

- Previous Housekeeping experience (4-star and 5-star experience highly advantageous) or commercial cleaning experience.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate within large multicultural teams.
- A keen eye for detail and an open attitude to receiving feedback.

**Additional Information**:
To be successful, you'll be able to:

- Work around a 7 day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays (we provide roster details up to 6 weeks in advance).
- Provide full working rights in Australia.

Currently offering above industry pay of $32.56 per hour + weekend allowances
