Senior Planner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of our planning and forecasting strategies at the bill of material level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive planning and forecasting strategies to ensure accurate material requirements.
  • Analyze complex data and present insights to senior stakeholders to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and drive results.
  • Evaluate and forecast material requirements using multiple sources, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal projects and suppliers to ensure seamless material supply.
  • Assess supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and timeliness of delivery.
  • Resolve supply chain issues, including delays, discrepancies in inventory, or problems with suppliers.
  • Implement strategies for inventory management to prevent shortages and excesses.
  • Conduct regular reviews of material demand and supply patterns to identify trends and make necessary adjustments.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in planning and forecasting, particularly at the bill of material level.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and JD Edwards.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for presenting data clearly and effectively to multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.
