Are you an experienced Senior Planner looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting contract opportunity for you to play a pivotal role in shaping our planning and forecasting strategies at the bill of material level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive planning and forecasting strategies to ensure adequate supply of materials.
  • Review and analyze complex data, presenting insights to senior stakeholders to drive results.
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance operational efficiency and optimize material requirements.
  • Evaluate and forecast material requirements using multiple sources, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • Assess supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and timeliness of delivery, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Implement strategies for inventory management to prevent shortages and excesses, ensuring weeks of cover and DIFOT are in line with business expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in planning and forecasting, particularly at the bill of material level.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and JD Edwards.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for presenting data clearly and effectively to multiple senior stakeholders.
