We are a leading insurance provider seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Account Executive based in Melbourne.
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office, with a focus on managing a fleet-centric portfolio of clients and ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the principal to strategize and execute client-related activities, providing valuable insights and support.
- Respond promptly to new business inquiries, preparing proposals and presentations to secure new clients.
- Contribute to the renewal process and provide data governance, including administering compliance controls and training.
- Conduct thorough client file audits to meet insurer and internal governance requirements.
- Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of premiums and resolving any outstanding debts.
Requirements:
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking Qualified or Diploma of Insurance Broking.
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in insurance broking.
- Proficiency in Excel.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience working with large fleets or novated leases insurance would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with bordereau management.
- Background in complaints handling.
