About Freight Support

Freight Support is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional to join our operations team.

Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their freight needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide timely and effective communication to clients regarding freight inquiries and concerns.
- Enter booking details into our system with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct regular checks on incoming freight to ensure weight and dimension accuracy.
- Measure and label unlabelled freight as required.
- Provide logistics support to our clients, ensuring seamless transportation of goods.

Requirements:

- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field (preferred).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent client satisfaction.
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of Xero accounting software highly advantageous.
