Job Title: International Freight Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Export Sea Freight Operator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end export sea freight operations.

  • Manage entire export process from client engagement to shipment delivery.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients regarding their export shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare, review, and complete all required shipping documents with accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Monitor and track all shipments, including transshipments.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client needs, queries, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Liaise with overseas agents, suppliers, and consignees to facilitate smooth and efficient shipments.
  • Coordinate transport of goods for LCL, FCL, and FAK shipments.
  • Process invoicing for shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
