Job Title: Transformation Program Lead

We are seeking a seasoned program manager to play a pivotal role in a large transformation project.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead testing activities across Digital Platforms projects, ensuring test strategies and standards are in place.
  2. Manage test delivery with vendors and internal staff to meet project goals.
  3. Analyze and report on test activities and results, escalating issues as needed.
  4. Develop test plans, test cases, and supporting data based on specifications.
  5. Assign execution of test cases at various stages of testing.

You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation and contribute to team improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience with complex programs is essential.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
