Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to guests, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Greet and register owners and guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience.
  • Offer insider knowledge on local attractions, activities, and events, showcasing the richness of our destinations.
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to ensure seamless transitions and high-quality service.
  • Meet and exceed targets, driving sales growth and member engagement through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete department-related paperwork efficiently.

What You'll Bring:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate the benefits of traveling within our community.
  • A keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards, reflecting positively on our brand.
  • High levels of computer literacy, with experience using PMS systems (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera etc.) an advantage.
