
Purchasing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring that inventory levels are managed effectively and that orders are placed on time.
The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and be able to accurately process purchase orders and stock transfers. They will also be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, generating reports and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stock levels and place orders to ensure timely delivery of products
- Work closely with sales reps to source new products and introduce new suppliers
- Maintain accurate product and pricing data
- Process purchase orders and stock transfers
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
About You:
We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive and comfortable working with numbers and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work well independently and as part of a team and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
