Quality Excellence Manager

The role involves overseeing the entire quality management lifecycle, from identifying and defining improvement opportunities to implementing strategic actions that enhance customer satisfaction.

About the Job:

This position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in lean 6 sigma methodologies and a proven track record of delivering quality objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality core tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, and PDCA, as well as experience in ISO certification and auditing.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term quality strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage global quality processes across various areas of responsibility.
  • Lead quality-related certification activities, internal, or external audits to ensure adherence to quality management systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Your Background:

  • Possess an Engineering degree.
  • Hold Lean 6 Sigma certification (QLT.02.QCI) or higher.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in quality core tools: 8D, Ishikawa, 5W, A3, TQM, PDCA.
  • ISO certification and auditing experience, Quality Management Systems, Performance Management, Analytics, Project & Site Quality Management.
