**Job Title:**

**RTO Compliance Specialist**

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for ensuring high-quality service delivery? Do you have expertise in driving compliance across training and assessment activities?

We are seeking a highly motivated RTO Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing oversight to program teams, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring overall compliance of the RTO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with internal teams to prioritize content backlogs, timelines, and schedules
  • Ensure suitable and effective governance arrangements for the RTO management system
  • Oversee and maintain RTO scope of registration
  • Oversee data and reporting requirements under the VET Quality Framework
  • Collaborate and provide guidance to RTO Product owners/Program Managers
  • Develop, maintain, and perform annual audit programs
  • Develop and deliver training and awareness programs
  • Identify and report compliance risks and recommend remediation activities
  • Provide reports to key stakeholders on RTO compliance activities

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher
  • 5+ years experience in a similar compliance role
  • Recent experience participating in an ASQA audit with a compliant outcome preferred
