Compliance Officer

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team. This critical role ensures that our activities, products, and policies align with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal reviews and audits to ensure compliance procedures are followed.
  • Coordinating and attending meetings with directors and stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks.
  • Conduct internal investigations into compliance issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date records management systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically and efficiently solve problems.
  • Good command of English language.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant industry.
  • Proven experience in a management role.

Essential Criteria:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a Senior role within the RTO industry.
  • Degree qualification (or equivalent) in Commerce, Business, Economics, Law, or related field.
