Translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring the support provider offers cost-effective solutions within agreed schedules.Manage a portfolio of business applications, with a primary focus on Dynamics 365 CRM Sales and related systems.Control budgets for minor enhancements and manage support operations.Monitor and report on support services, tracking complex or urgent issues.Provide guidance to external vendors and collaborate across teams to ensure successful service delivery.Coordinate with IT and business units on initiatives affecting application performance or service delivery.Experience working with business applications outside of Dynamics 365 is a plus.What you'll bringStrong customer focus with an understanding of business needs and processes.A collaborative and proactive individual who enjoys working in dynamic environments.Experience working with external vendors and managing complex IT solutions is highly desirable.Familiarity with Agile methodologies, ITIL, and Azure certifications is a plus.Experience in Dynamics 365 CRM Sales Implementation and Support.Tertiary education in Information Technology (bachelor's degree preferred).
