Technical Content Creator

">Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Content Creator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality technical content for practitioner education resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop educational resources and materials, including articles, infographics, and clinical tools/guides.
  • Support the clinical support team in providing accurate and clinically relevant information to practitioners.
  • Collaborate with the training team to create engaging presentations and webinars.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Naturopathy or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience in technical content development, adult education, or practitioner clinical support is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work as part of a team are necessary.
  • Strong organisational skills and aptitude for assessing clinical relevance are required.
Working Environment

This is a full-time role based at our head office in Alexandria, Sydney.
