Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Weather Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for presenting weather news and content in a captivating manner that engages our audience. You will need to accurately present information in a timely fashion, while also being able to report live in the field during extreme weather events.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years as a television presenter is required for this position.
  • You must be able to receive and assess information from meteorologists and communicate it effectively to the audience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • You should have the ability to write and produce content for on-air use.
  • Able to report in the field in both live and non-live situations.
  • Developed time management skills and the ability to multitask and work to strict deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn complex scientific processes in a short training period.
  • Ability to work independently within a broader team environment.
