We're seeking a results-driven Account Manager to play a pivotal role in driving restaurant success on our platform.

About the Role

This Account Manager will be responsible for optimising partner performance, strengthening retention, and contributing to revenue growth by leveraging data insights and commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of restaurants, serving as their trusted business advisor and collaborator
  • Utilise platform data and analytics to help venues enhance their performance and maximise revenue opportunities
  • Guide restaurants through setup, activation, and performance improvement cycles, ensuring seamless integration and adoption
  • Identify and execute commercial growth initiatives, including feature adoption, marketing packages, and integrations that drive tangible results
  • Monitor venue performance and intervene early to support ongoing success, fostering long-term relationships built on trust and expertise
Requirements and Qualifications

A successful candidate will possess:

  • 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales roles, with a proven track record of achieving retention or revenue targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate complex ideas effectively
  • A collaborative, team-oriented attitude, with a willingness to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to read and interpret data insights, and turn them into actionable recommendations
  • A car and licence, with a commitment to regular travel to venues across the region
