Job Description:
The role of Financial Performance Strategist is critical in leading the financial strategy and planning process for a dynamic organization. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial models to drive business growth and improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure accurate financial projections.
• Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CA/CPA or MBA preferred). 10+ years' senior finance experience, ideally within financial services or tech environments. Deep expertise in FP&A, strategic planning, and platform business models. Proven track record of leading group budgeting and preparing board-level materials. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Advanced financial modelling and Excel capabilities; BI tool experience (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred. Ability to influence decisions through clear, data-driven insights. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Curious, solutions-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities. Able to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organisation.
