About the Opportunity

  • Collaborate with functional leaders and teams to execute business strategies through people development.
  • Develop and implement HR processes to drive organisational success.
  • Facilitate coaching and team workshops to enhance collaboration and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the People and Culture strategy by providing expert HR support to assigned stakeholders.
  • Represent the HR function across stakeholders and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Design and facilitate coaching and team workshops to drive organisational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR Business Partnership with a track record of coaching leaders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with Corporate and Region management, as well as employees across functions.
  • Able to develop insights relating to people and organisation to inform the People and Culture Strategy.
