Strategic Partner & Culture Specialist

This role is a key enabler for our organisation's purpose-led culture, where you will make a meaningful impact by providing expert advice and guidance to drive business outcomes.

About the Opportunity

As a Strategic Partner & Culture Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting complex case management matters, coordinating efforts across teams, and reporting on key performance indicators. You will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance our culture and drive business success.

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior leaders, stakeholders, and employees to provide expert advice and guidance on people practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Drive compliance, performance, and employee engagement through partnership and collaboration.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Recruitment, Learning and Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Workplace Health and Safety, Workers Compensation, HR Systems, and Payroll Services.

You will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and expertise to create and implement cultural initiatives that embed our values in everything we do. This includes developing and implementing strategies to enhance our workplace culture, improve employee engagement, and drive business outcomes.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in conducting, coordinating, and reporting on complex case management matters, ideally using digital case-tracking systems and analytics.
  • Demonstrated capability in providing expert advice and guidance on people practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Tertiary qualifications at degree or diploma level in human resources management or equivalent, or relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in providing a range of Human Resources generalist advice in large or complex organisations.
