Business Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our team at MAX. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our teams to meet and exceed monthly KPIs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to support our customers through the employment services process
- Promote and foster strong relationships with external providers
- Review operational plans for successful outcomes
- Manage and motivate teams to meet and exceed monthly KPIs
- Previous exposure to working with people with disability
- Previous exposure to working within employment services, preferably DES
- Advanced level of communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to rapidly build effective and positive working relationships
- Strong positive problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Good level of business acumen and budgetary skills
- Knowledge of risk management approaches, including the ability to undertake risk assessments for work activities
