Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a dynamic customer-facing team to drive sales performance and deliver exceptional service.
- Motivate a team of CSAs to exceed KPIs, creating an outstanding customer experience across all locations.
The role involves managing operations across multiple sites and shifts, focusing on driving face-to-face ticket sales and delivering strong commercial results.
You will set your own roster between 6:00am and 10:00pm with just one mandatory evening shift per fortnight, enjoying flexible hours that let you stay connected with your team across shifts.
We look for candidates with:
- Experience in fast-paced, sales-focused environments
- Natural leaders with excellent communication and decision-making skills
- A passion for customer service and developing others
- Ability to manage operations across multiple sites and shifts
- Tech-savvy and confident with data-led decision making
