The Department of Education seeks a skilled professional to lead our customer service efforts. As a high-performing team leader, you will be responsible for managing enquiries from key stakeholders and providing authoritative advice on customer service and quality assurance.

  • Lead a team to manage enquiries from key stakeholders, including the community, and ensure exceptional standards of responsiveness and attention to detail.\
  • Develop and introduce training modules, a customer service charter, handbooks, processes, and systems related to the customer service strategy.\
  • Influence program design and delivery by leading research and identification of specific issues, needs, and interests of key stakeholders through timely consultation mechanisms.\
  • Collaborate with senior executives and other teams to achieve business objectives.\
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvements as necessary.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and quality assurance.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the Executive Team, Business Unit Managers, Divisions, and across the Department.\
