Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate Costs: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of construction costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Prepare Bids: Prepare and submit accurate and competitive bids for construction projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that bids are aligned with project requirements and company goals.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bids, including costs, timelines, and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as construction management or engineering.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in construction cost estimating or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and procedures, as well as estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
