About BMD Constructions

BMD Constructions is a leading civil construction company in NSW and ACT, with a strong pipeline of projects in hand. We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Estimator to price a range of diverse civil infrastructure and urban development projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in estimating and a mix of project and estimating experience. They will be responsible for collaborating with pre-contract teams and delivering exceptional winning bids across Australia and the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Estimate costs for civil infrastructure and urban development projects
  • Develop subcontractor work packages and review
  • Collaborate with pre-contract teams to deliver winning bids
  • Work with a range of stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and clients

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in the Civil Construction industry in estimating
  • A mix of project and estimating experience is ideal
  • First principle estimating experience
  • Experience with the development of subcontractor work packages and review
  • Exposure to Expert Estimation is desirable
  • Civil Engineering degree is desirable
