BMD Constructions is a leading civil construction company in NSW and ACT, with a strong pipeline of projects in hand. We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Estimator to price a range of diverse civil infrastructure and urban development projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in estimating, with experience in project and estimating roles. They will be responsible for collaborating with pre-contract teams and delivering exceptional winning bids across Australia and the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Estimate costs for civil infrastructure and urban development projects
  • Develop subcontractor work packages and review
  • Collaborate with pre-contract teams to deliver winning bids
  • Utilize industry-leading systems and software tools to estimate projects

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in the Civil Construction industry in estimating
  • Mix of project and estimating experience ideal
  • First principle estimating experience
  • Civil Engineering degree desirable

About the Role

This role will be based in our Wentworth Point, Sydney Office, estimating projects in water upgrades, road infrastructure for Transport for New South Wales, defence contracts, and urban development. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a range of diverse projects and contribute to the growth and success of BMD Constructions.
