Hiring a Packaging Coordinator means partnering with an experienced professional to develop and manage end-to-end packaging solutions.

We are seeking someone with knowledge of amenity formulation and packaging material expertise to join our Product Team in Melbourne, AU.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of FMCG and manufacturing environments, allowing for seamless collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the entire packaging development process, ensuring accurate and compliant labeling.

- Creating high-quality renderings for current and upcoming programs, working closely with factories to obtain required images.

- Maintaining and updating relevant processes and documentation to guarantee efficient workflow and version control.

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as business, engineering or design.

- 2-4 years of experience in a packaging coordinator or related field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.

- Strong communication, project management and organizational skills.

- Ability to maintain attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin language.
