We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Culinary Leader to join our team in one of Melbourne's most stylish luxury hotels. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a crucial role in shaping unforgettable dining moments with your creativity, precision, and flair for execution.

Your responsibilities will include leading daily kitchen operations for conference and event spaces, ensuring smooth service and exceptional food every time. You will collaborate with the Executive Chef to design standout menus reflecting our luxury positioning and seasonal creativity. Additionally, you will mentor and motivate a high-performing team of chefs to consistently exceed guest expectations.

Key qualifications for this role include proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Senior Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or high-end catering environment. You should possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team to success through a caring and coaching approach. A creative flair and passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences are also essential.
